Mindfulness

Lesson M1: In a loud and busy world, it's important to develop the skill of being mindful. In this lesson we will practice just that! Our movement activity slows us down to practice different calming breaths as well as some fun new yoga poses. We will also make cute torn paper muffins and practice rock and rolls with a stretch up tall at the end!

For this lesson you will need the scarf, the letter 'M' page, the brown sheet of construction paper, glue, and crayons.

Lesson M2: In this lesson we will continue practicing being mindful and using calming breaths. We will work on a few more yoga poses and practice writing the letter M!

For this lesson you will need the scarf, Play-Doh, and the dry erase board/marker.
